Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Product was defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Wrong item was delivered.

  • Product malfunctioned within the return window and is covered under warranty.

  • Order was cancelled before shipping.


Return & Refund Window

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Refunds are only applicable for unused, uninstalled, and unopened products, unless the item is defective.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used, installed, or altered.

  • Damage occurred after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

  • The original packaging, accessories, or warranty card is missing.

  • The item was purchased on clearance, marked as "final sale", or part of a special promotion clearly marked non-refundable.


Exchange & Replacement

  • If the product is found to be defective, we will arrange for a replacement or repair, based on product warranty terms.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for identical items.


Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • You’ll be notified once your refund has been issued.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
